Heart to Heart- Miscellaneous

This is a little road test for a character you will meet in Heart to Heart. She won't be the main antagonist, don't worry.
She's named Zaff, by the way. 
If you can guess what kind of Pokémon Felpass is you'll get a cookie. If you can guess her husband as well I'll give you two cookies.

'Flicka won't hurt you, Toby', Zaff said to the 10 year old boy approaching the big Pidgeot. 'Just move slowly. Show her your berry... Good.'
The little boy carefully showed the Oran berry. Flicka cocked her head at him and stretched forwards. Toby stiffened, and almost jumped backwards when the Pidgeot pecked at the berry and swallowed it in one gulp. The next moment she spread her wings and let out two small Pidgeys  from underneath them. The tiniest one immediately flew up to the boy and dropped itself onto his shoulder. Toby fell backwards, sending the Pidgey flying through the room. Zaff caught the little Pokémon and held her to her chest, while the Pidgey was pecking and wriggling to get loose. Zaff tapped its beak and the wriggling ceased. 
The second Pidgey slowly hopped towards the boy on the ground. It flapped its wings and gently landed in the boy's lap, making satisfied noises as it settled there. Zaff smiled and walked over to Toby. She let go of the smallest Pidgey, which flew back to its mother, and reached down to pull the boy up.
'He likes you. Congratulations with your new starter, Toby! Do you want to give him a nickname?'

Zaff shook hands with the parents, patted "Flappers" for the last time and waved until they were out of sight. Then she returned to the big room where the rest of the Pokémon were. he opened it and was greeted by a flurry of blue snakelike bodies and the big sigh from Karan, their father. The Dratini flew into the room where Flicka sat with her last Pidgey and proceeded to make a giant nuisance of themselves until the Pidgeot screeched at them. Zaff walked up to her husbands Dragonite and rubbed his nose.
'I'm sorry for locking you in with them. But they'll be ready for starter adoption soon enough.' 
Karan nuzzled her stomach and she laughed. 'Besides, Flicka still has her last brat too. Tii just won't behave!'
The Dragonite made a sympathetic noise and looked over her shoulder. 
'Yes, Zack is a little demon too. Perhaps we'll have to keep them both eh?' 

Flicka seemed to have had enough of all the chasing around and flew over to where Zaff was standing with Karan. Zaff turned around and hugged her most reliable fighter. Flicka dropped her head and started preening Zaff's hair. It was their ritual, since the day Zaff caught her as a little Pidgey. They stood like that for a moment and then Karan leaned in too. Zaff smiled and raised her hand. 
'Yes yes, I love you guys too.'

Milady. He's coming. 
Zaff smiled even more widely and turned her head towards the corridor. 'How close Felpass?'
A couple of minutes. Was the reply.
'Thank you my friend.'
You're welcome.

Zaff walked out of the door with Flicka and Karan on her heels. When she looked up she could see Felpass lounging on the roof, lazily lifting an arm to wave at her. When Zaff raised her hand to wave back he stood up and teleported over to where she was standing. 
Madam. 
Zaff chuckled softly and put her hand on his shoulder. 'Oh come now, I told you Zaff was enough.'
Felpass twitched his tail and shook his head. And I told you that I will treat you like you've treated me.
'I never called you sir, so I don't know where the milady or madam comes from', she replied. 'Not that I don't like it...'
Felpass smirked and teleported back to the roof. Zaff grinned and turned her gaze back towards the sky. The shape of a Dragonite could be seen in the distance, speeding up every second. The cloaked figure on its back seemed to be almost blown away by the wind that was tearing at it. But the Dragonite slowed down before it crashed into the grass, and landed quite gently. Zaff grinned when her husband slid off its back and hugged her tight. He lowered his face and kissed her forehead. 
'Hello champion.' 
'Hello sweetheart.'
